Non-Molestation order is a Court Order forbidding someone from being violent or threatening violence. A Non-Molestation Order also usually covers other types of behaviour such as pestering, intimidating or harassing etc. A non-molestation order protects you from someone who has harassed, used or threatened to use violence against you or your children.
Residence and Occupations Orders are the Orders to control who can live in the family home or enter the surrounding area for the duration order.
These orders are types of injunction.
